I developed my negatives from Dumont Dunes. There’s a strange narrow band of fogging along both vertical edges of the image area of the negative. I thought this might be a light leak again coming from the front or rear standard but the camera isn’t the problem this time — it’s camera flare.

| I took the camera to Dumont Dunes today where it was only 88°, and only one other car was there. I was able to drive close to the dunes, so I saved myself a hike with the equipment today. I made one negative and a back up when I heard static while pulling the slide on the first exposure. Heading back there on the next cool day with lots more film. What an awesome place to shoot. |
