RSSI was happy to learn that a cell tower was recently installed at Furnace Creek in Death Valley National Park. I’ve heard reports of visitors getting cell coverage as far north as Titus Canyon. This is really good news.

The storm passed over southern Death Valley then hovered over the village for a couple of hours, filling the air with the smell of rain. We were under a flood advisory, but only a few drops fell to the parched ground.
