RSSMy work arrived in NYC yesterday for the 16th Annual Members’ Krappy Kamera Exhibition. The show runs March 3 – April 4, 2009 at Soho Photo Gallery, 15 White Street, New York, NY. The opening is Tuesday, March 3, 6-8pm. The gallery is open Wednesday-Sunday, 1-6pm.
From the press release:
“The sixteenth Annual Members’ Krappy Kamera Exhibition featuring the work of 22 Gallery members, will be on display in our front gallery. They’re a small group of Soho Photo’s finest artists who have banded together to prove that the image is made by the photographer–not the camera.”
I sent two pinhole-cyanotypes for the show. Both are printed on fabric — the first was toned in tea, and the second was toned in palladium…
