Over the weekend, I rented and moved into a new home in Ranchos de Taos. With the etching press on the way, I decided it was time to settle down.

I settled into a peaceful property that overlooks the south end of town. The main house is an old historic adobe that a neighbor reports is 200 years old. This comes with a casita, an enclosed courtyard, workshop, and a huge gardening area with irrigation rights. It’s hard to tell this time of year but I think there are fruit trees in the backyard.

In March, my etching press will be available for other artists to rent at affordable hourly rates.

Tomorrow I send my pinhole photographs to New York for the exhibition at Soho Photo Gallery. I’ve decided to send “Wheel” and “Cook Bank.” I’m really looking forward to participating in the show.
