Cyanotype on Fabric Reloaded

October 20th, 2008 by laura | Filed under Laura Campbell Fine Art.

Today I sensitized fabric with Cyanotype and printed the Eggslicer. I like how the image rendered on fabric. The image was exposed for 140 seconds and was developed in vinegar for 2 minutes. I bleached the image in ammonia and then toned it in pyrogallic acid. It feels good to be printing Cyanotypes again.

Eggslicer, Cyanotype on cotton sateen fabric toned in pyrogallic acid, 4.25″x6.5″
