Today I toned prints in pyrogallic acid and here is an example. The print was exposed for 126 seconds in the UV light box, was developed in vinegar, bleached in ammonia, and toned in pyrogallic acid. 4″x5″ on cotton sateen fabric.

Hubcap Lady, Pearsonville, Calif. Pinhole-cyanotype on cotton sateen fabric, developed in vinegar, bleached in ammonia, toned in pyrogallic acid. 4″x5″.
